Warranty and returns

Every machine we sell is new sealed stock with the manufacturer's warranty. Keep your receipt and the serial number from the back of the machine.

What is covered

• Unit warranty: the whole machine, typically one to two years depending on brand
• Motor warranty: often longer on inverter and direct drive models
• We handle claims for machines bought from us and arrange the repair

Returns

Unused machines in original packaging can be returned within the window stated on your receipt. Installed machines with a fault go through warranty repair first. WhatsApp us before sending anything back.
